Chloe Congleton

OWNER OF ENABLE ART | LIVED & WORKED IN COLLEGE PLACE SINCE 2014

Chloe is dedicated to creating community through creativity. Although she has been teaching here in College Place Since 2014, she just opened her first art studio on College Ave, July 2023 so she could continue teaching art classes to her community. Her husband, Trevor, has been employed at Walla Walla University for over 15 years, and has lived in College Place for over 25 years, and together they enjoy both living and working in College Place.

Jim Fry | Vice President

SUPERINTENDENT OF COLLEGE PLACE SCHOOL DISTRICT | WORKED IN COLLEGE PLACE SINCE 2019

Jim Fry has served as Superintendent of College Place Public Schools since 2019, bringing over two decades of experience in education. During his time in the district, he has led major initiatives including the purchase of 40 acres for future growth, expansion of preschool programs, passage of an EP&O levy, and improvements to instruction, facilities, and student support. Under his leadership, the district continues to grow while maintaining its strong academic programs and close-knit community feel, known as "The CP Way."

David Lopez | Treasurer

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR THE CENTER FOR HUMANITARIAN ENGAGEMENT | COLLEGE PLACE NATIVE

David Lopez, a third-generation College Place native, is the Founding Executive Director of the Center for Humanitarian Engagement at Walla Walla University. A passionate bridge-builder, he empowers students to connect with Christ through service. David is active in community leadership and proud to call College Place home, where he and his wife are raising four boys—often found playing street hockey or camping in the Blues.

Kirk Amick

STCU | VP of commercial business development

Kirk is passionate about creating strong partnerships with businesses and watching them grow and succeed.

Kirk brings more than two decades of commercial lending experience to his role leading STCU’s commercial banking officers. His job is all about support providing the direction and resources his team needs to help business members achieve their goals through smart lending solutions, deposit services, and access to efficient financial tools.

Before joining STCU, he spent nearly nine years with Community Bank. He’s passionate about creating strong partnerships with the businesses STCU serves and seeing those businesses grow and succeed.

Raised on a ranch in rural Eastern Oregon, Kirk is a proud graduate of Vale High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Berea College, an MBA from Ohio University, and completed graduate banking studies at Pacific Coast Banking School.

Kirk stays active in his community through leadership roles with the City of College Place’s Economic Development, Tourism, and Events Commission, the Downtown College Place Association, and the Ag Advisory Committee for College Place Public Schools.

Outside of work, Kirk and his wife stay busy cheering on their three kids in soccer, football, basketball, softball, and track at games and meets across the region.
