Downtown Improvement Matching Grant

The DCPA Downtown Improvement Matching Grant helps small businesses, property owners, and eligible residences along the downtown corridor complete small, visible improvements that make College Place more attractive, welcoming, and walkable.

Approved applicants may receive a reimbursement grant of up to $1,000 after completing an eligible project. Applicants are expected to invest the first $1,000, and DCPA may match eligible costs above that amount up to $1,000.

Eligible projects may include exterior painting, signage, flowers or planters, benches, window or glass improvements, lighting, storefront updates, and other beautification projects visible from the downtown corridor.

Applications are accepted on an open, rolling basis and may be submitted at any time.

Approved grant recipients will be asked to submit a brief six-month progress report.
